FAQ

What are our car mats made of?

TuxMat has a unique three-layer construction material, which is also water proof. The top layer is a highly durable PVC made to match vehicle interiors. The middle layer is a heavy-duty EVA foam, making the maximum vertical coverage a reality. The bottom layer is a anti-skid material which protects your vehicle’s carpets from wear and tear.

TuxMat installation is intuitive and straightforward, and an installation guide is included in every set of mats for your convenience. You can also view our TuxMat Installation Video here. If you’re experiencing difficulties installing your TuxMat, please contact our team at info@tuxmat.ca with a description of your issues or give us a call at 1-888-695-8336.

It's important to us that you're happy with your TuxMat purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Upon receiving the returned item, we will give you a full refund. To initiate a return, please complete our Return Request Form.
