Shipping Policies

FAST, RELIABLE, AND HONEST.

We work hard to process and ship orders quickly. If an item goes out of stock after your order is processed, we’ll reach out right away and refund you in full to your original payment method.

Please note: shipping times are calculated from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the carrier’s schedule, and specific order details.  

We strive to ship every order within 2 business days, but we do not process or ship orders on weekends. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed, particularly during peak holiday seasons, especially in the two weeks leading up to Christmas.

NO SURPRISES.

We make it easier than ever to get TuxMat delivered straight to your door with FedEx shipping across the United States. However, we do not ship to PO, APO boxes or Puerto Rico.

Most orders ship with a flat fee of $18 (calculated at checkout). Remote areas may have higher carrier costs, shown before you place your order. Sometimes, during promotions, we offer free shipping instead.
