All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place
your order, we will notify you and issue a refund, using the original method of payment.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order the next standard business day from the date of your order. Please note we do not ship on weekends.

Free Shipping Policy
At TuxMat, we offer free shipping to customers across the United States and will stand by our
free shipping policy as long as we are able to break even. However, we do not ship to APO boxes,
Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
In some extreme cases, when the shipping cost is simply too high for us to cover, we will notify you with proof of the shipping rate and provide a full refund using the original method of payment. Alternatively, we may ask you to cover a portion of the shipping cost, depending on your preference.
