We work hard to process and ship orders quickly. If an item goes out of stock after your order is processed, we’ll reach out right away and refund you in full to your original payment method.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Holidays excluded. Here's what happens after you place an order:
- Order received. We begin preparing it right away.
- A shipping label is created and your order enters the queue. This is when you'll get an email with your tracking number, before the package leaves our facility.
- The package ships within 1 to 2 business days of that email. Tracking will show movement once the carrier picks it up.
A tracking number means your label is ready, not that your order has left our facility.

We make it easier than ever to get TuxMat delivered straight to your door with FedEx shipping across the United States. However, we do not ship to PO, APO boxes or Puerto Rico.
We offer free shipping to most locations within the United States. In some extreme cases, shipping to remote areas can be expensive. If that happens, we’ll advise you of the shipping cost at checkout.
