DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR FIRST-TIME, OR RETURNING BUYERS?
Returning TuxMat customers can request a $20 discount by replying to your last order confirmation email or by submitting your order number through our Contact Form. For first-time buyers, we do not offer any discounts at this time.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR THE MILITARY AND VETERANS?
Yes, we’re proud to support those who serve and protect, with 20% off upon proof of service. Submit your proof of eligibility on our Military and Veterans Form.
MY TUXMAT IS OUT OF STOCK! NOW WHAT?
We’re restocking as fast as we can. Sign up for email and/or text alerts on your vehicle’s product page to get an alert when the inventory is restocked.
DO YOU MAKE MATS FOR MY CAR?
Yes, TuxMat would love to scan your vehicle if there’s a high enough demand. We focus on producing mats for vehicles still in production so at this time, we are not making custom mats for non-production models. For discontinued or rare cars, we don’t currently make custom runs. Want mats for your car? Just let us know.
CAN YOU ADD ME TO A WAITLIST FOR A NEW CAR MODEL?
Yes. Confirm your email and join the waitlist via the blue “Email Me When Available” bar on the product page. If your car isn’t listed, submit your info on our Model Request Form and we’ll assess your vehicle for mats.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Use the Track My Order feature on our website. Register or enter your email to stay updated with real-time tracking. If FedEx or UPS tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t worry, it’s usually a carrier delay.
WHERE IS MY SHIPMENT? FEDEX TRACKING HASN’T UPDATED.
If your order seems stuck, fill out our Contact Form and we’ll investigate directly with the carrier.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders placed before 4:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday are processed the same day, excluding holidays. Here are the steps taken after you place an order:
- We prepare your order.
- A shipping label is created, placing your order in the queue, but not yet on the truck.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
DO YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Most orders ship with a flat fee of $18 (calculated at checkout). Remote areas may have higher carrier costs, shown before you place your order. Sometimes, during promotions, we offer free shipping instead.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Sorry, but we do not ship to PO boxes, APO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. We want your TuxMat to arrive safely, which is why we only ship to physical addresses.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPLY?
We respond within one business day (often sooner). During peak seasons, it may take slightly longer. You’ll get an auto-confirmation when we receive your email, so if you don’t see our reply, check spam or junk folders.
I’M A CONTENT CREATOR. HOW DO I COLLAB WITH TUXMAT?
We love working with creators. Apply through our Contact Form with your media kit or pitch, and our marketing team will reach out if it’s a fit.
HOW DO I GET REPLACEMENT FLOOR MAT PARTS?
Submit a Warranty Request and we’ll send replacements right away. Every TuxMat should lock in place securely, and we’ll make sure you have exactly what you need.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you’re not happy, neither are we. Send it back. Our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial means you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. And, we cover the return shipping because we stand by our product. Simply fill out the Return Request form.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON TUXMAT?
We don’t just sell mats. We sell peace of mind. If it fails, we’ve got you covered, just complete a Warranty Request form. Because we’re that confident.
- Non-transferable limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions – Normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, accidents, and modifications.
- No replacement available? A store credit will be issued instead.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it’s immediately processed. No changes can be made once it’s in fulfillment.

TuxMat floor mats are produced for selected vehicles, with more models constantly being added. We have extreme coverage and waterproof protection for whatever you’re hauling. No carpet is left behind.
HOW DO I INSTALL TUXMAT?
No tools. No headaches. TuxMat is installed using your vehicle’s existing OEM retention hardware. Provided Velcro clips secure the mat for a snug, factory-like fit. Scan the QR Code included with your package for step-by-step instructions. If you need help, our team is just a chat away.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY MATS?
Wipe. Done. Get back to living your life. Simply sweep or vacuum for loose debris. Use hot water and liquid dish soap for tougher messes. Fully dry before reuse—because nobody likes mold. No scrubbing. No stains. No problem. See how.
