DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR FIRST-TIME, OR RETURNING BUYERS?
Returning TuxMat® customers can request a $20 discount by replying to your last order confirmation email, or by sending an email to info@tuxmat.ca along with your order number. For first-time buyers, we do not offer any discounts at this time.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR THE MILITARY AND VETERANS?
Yes, we’re proud to support those who serve and protect, with 20% off upon proof of service. Submit your proof of eligibility on our Military and Veterans Form.
MY TUXMAT® IS OUT OF STOCK. NOW WHAT?
We’re restocking as fast as we can. Check our product page for the estimated arrival date and sign up for alerts to be notified the moment it’s back in stock.
DO YOU MAKE MATS FOR MY CAR?
Yes, TuxMat would love to scan your vehicle if there’s a high enough demand. We focus on producing mats for vehicles still in production, so at this time, we are not making custom mats for non-production models. For discontinued or rare cars, we don’t currently make custom runs. Want mats for your car? Just let us know.
CAN YOU ADD ME TO A WAITLIST FOR A NEW CAR MODEL?
Yes. Confirm your email and join the waitlist on the product page. If your car isn’t listed, submit your info on our Model Request Form and we’ll assess your vehicle for mats.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Use the Track My Order feature on our website. Register or enter your email to stay updated with real-time tracking. If FedEx or UPS tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, don’t worry, it’s usually a carrier delay.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders placed before 4:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday are processed the same day, excluding holidays. Here are the steps taken after you place an order:
- We prepare your order.
- A shipping label is created, placing your order in the queue, but not yet on the truck.
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
DO YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping to most locations within the United States.
However, deliveries to remote areas may incur additional charges due to higher carrier costs. All fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Sorry, but we do not ship to PO boxes, APO boxes, or Puerto Rico. We want your TuxMat® product to arrive safely, which is why we only ship to physical addresses.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO REPLY?
We respond within one business day (often sooner). During peak seasons, it may take slightly longer. You’ll get an auto-confirmation when we receive your email, so if you don’t see our reply, check spam or junk folders.
I’M A CONTENT CREATOR. HOW DO I COLLAB WITH TUXMAT?
We love working with creators. Apply by sending us an email to info@tuxmat.ca and include your media kit or pitch. Our marketing team will reach out if it’s a fit.
HOW DO I GET REPLACEMENT PARTS?
Submit a Warranty Request and we’ll send replacement parts right away. Every TuxMat locks in place securely, we’ll make sure you have exactly what you need.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days for a full refund. Our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial covers the return shipping, because we stand behind everything we make. Just fill out the Return Request form.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON TUXMAT?
Every TuxMat is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your product fails, we cover it. Just complete a Warranty Request form.
- Non-transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Exclusions – Normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, accidents, and modifications.
- No replacement available? A store credit will be applied to your account.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it’s immediately processed. No changes can be made once it’s in our fulfillment stage.
